The Down To Earth Dad®, founded in 1999 by Patrick Mitchell, helps schools, programs, and parents enhance children's cognitive, social, and emotional development via increased father involvement in children's lives.

Patrick Mitchell provides keynotes and workshops across America, internationally, and for states and local-level programs and schools, and he facilitates the National Dads Matter!™ Project.

Down To Earth Dad Family Storytelling Night™ events enhance literacy and get parents  involved, while Down To Earth Dad® Coaching helps educators, practitioners, and dads optimize father involvement -- in schools, programs, communities, and homes.
