Down To Earth Dad® Coaching for Programs and Schools is for educators, child-and-family-serving professionals, parent involvement specialists, and practitioners eager to “beef up” father involvement to maximize children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development—because of the "crystal clear benefits" of father involvement that have come to light in the past 30 years of father-involvement research, and via ongoing innovations in the arena of dad-involvement at school, at home, and on the neighborhood block.
Three Ways To Participate in Down To Earth Dad® Coaching for Programs and Schools (Pick One):
1. One - Time Male-Involvement Tele-Workshop
This is a “tele-coaching session” with Down To Earth Dad Founder and Head Coach Patrick Mitchell—in small group format, by telephone, lasting approximately 45 minutes. Also includes supporting resources and materials – audio and printed materials – made available for download through password-protected website access to The Down To Earth Dad Coaching pages.

2. Three-Month Mini-Series
“Dial in” to three (3) Tele-Coaching sessions with Down To Earth Dad Founder and Head Coach Patrick Mitchell – across three consecutive months. Put into practice the things you’ve learned as the three months unfold. Positively impact your program’s relationship with dads, grandfathers, and other good men.
Each Down To Earth Dad® “Mini-Series” coaching session lasts approximately 45 minutes by phone (you can even dial in from your cell phone at your convenience, such as at lunchtime). And you could, theoretically, ask someone on your team to call in on your behalf if you prefer.
Supporting materials are included on a weekly basis, including audio and article downloads -- via secure website. (You don’t have to participate in all sessions to obtain the materials—you can access the materials (and a recording of each coaching session afterwards if you need to.)

3. Six-Month "Master Mind" Group
Program directors, school principals, teachers, and other professionals meet monthly—FOR SEVEN MONTHS; OCTOBER – MARCH each year—by phone (tele-seminar and/or conference-call format"), and by email—as a group, and talk IN PERSON to Each Other in addition to receiving monthly information in presentation/tele-conference workshop format, and hold each other “accountable” to individual program/school father-involvement goals.
The idea behind Down To Earth Dad® Master Mind Groups is that many professionals together form one “Master Mind,” and that a group of 12 professionals gets the benefit of trying “12 new things” each month, and hearing how 12 new things worked (or didn’t work) without having to actually “try” all 12 things themselves. This is terrific value for the dedicated professional who really wants to make BIG PROGRESS with male involvement/father involvement in their program or school!
Down To Earth Dad® Master Mind Groups are strictly limited in size to 12 participants and are tight-knit (it gets personal, in a "professional" sense) groups where people get to know each other fairly well—by phone and by email with direct, and ever-present “facilitation” by Down To Earth Dad® Founder and Head Coach Patrick Mitchell for all coaching sessions. These groups are supportive and confidential by mutual agreement.
